As fellow gamers, we understand the excitement and nerves that can come with buying preowned games. We are committed to treating every item as if we were buying it for ourselves. Checking, testing, cleaning, secure packaging and free tracked delivery posted within one working day - are just some of the things we do to fulfil this commitment.
We carefully grade and describe each item individually to provide an accurate overall condition description, which can be found below. Please note that specific details may vary from item to item, as we strive to always be transparent and offer clear and accurate descriptions for each product.
Very Good: An item that has very few - if any - very minor scratches, scuffs and/or marks.
Good: An item that has a few signs of wear. Which could include minor scratches, scuffs, marks and/or minor discolouration.
Acceptable: An item that has obvious and significant wear. Which could include scratches, scuffs, marks and/or major discolouration.
Boxed: Item comes in original box/case
Unboxed: Item does not include original box/case
We always aim to sell complete items, however sometimes they arrive to us with missing parts. In such cases, we usually replace missing peripherals such as chargers, HDMI cables, etc. with unofficial alternatives. Whenever this applies, it will always be clearly stated.
