My gift cards never expire, so you or your recipient can use them whenever it suits you best.

Non-Refundable

Gift cards are non-refundable and can’t be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

How it works

The customer or gift card recipient will receive a digital gift card with a unique code. This code can be entered at checkout to redeem the gift card’s value.

Gift cards are usually delivered by email within 1 hour of purchase.

Use and Redemption

Gift cards can be used on anything available in my online store, squidgaming.co.uk. They can’t be used to purchase additional gift cards.

Lost or Stolen Cards

Please treat your gift card like cash. I’m not able to replace lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards.

Balance Inquiries

You can check your balance by clicking the “check balance” link in the original gift card email, or by contacting me directly at info@squidgaming.co.uk.
